Atlético Uruguay are an Argentine Football club, their home town is Concepcion del Uruguay, in the Province of Entre Ríos in Argentina. They currently play in the regionalised 5th division of Argentine football, Torneo Argentino C.
The club were founded on 1 September 1904.
The club have played at the highest level of Argentine football on only one occasion. they qualified to play in the National tournament of 1984. The club finished bottom of their group and only managed one draw in their six games.They were beaten 5-0 and 6-0 by River Plate and 7-0 by Huracán.[1]
